• ENTRIES WILL OPEN on 29 January

• Event will be listed under North West Province events

• Elite and U/23 Full UCI License required

• Other Categories - CSA Membership required
  (OPEN to all provinces and nationalities)​

Prizes and Prize Money

• A prize pot of no less than R50 000 is in the pipeline

• Prize money will go to Elite and U/23 and Junior categories

• Sponsor prizes and entry vouchers for the 2026 Crater Cruise will be available to all category winners

Cost of entry

• A 20% discount will be offered to Early-Bird entrants. A special Crater Cruise cycling cap (caquette) free to the first 30 entrants! Entry fees T.B.C in January 2025

Event venue and culture

• The event will be family friendly

• We will offer quality entertainment, coffee and food. The Uitspan Kiosk, the Acorn Coffee trailer and The Stash street food trailer will be there among other vendors.

• The Koedoeslaagte permanent facilities makes this venue special:

  • Porcelain toilets

  • Ample affordable accommodation - in facinity or on Koedoeslaagte

  • The Koedoe-hall will offer protection from adverse weather conditions
